What is the difference between a term deposit and a savings account?
A savings account is a deposit account for regular savings. The interest rate is always guaranteed up to the nearest Date of saving. You can save from 10 € and deposits can be made from any account at another bank.
A term deposit is a deposit account used to valorise financial funds. The bank will open a saving account in the agreed currency and for the agreed period according to the contract. If a term deposit is made to a deposit account it must be at least 500 €.
