Do not carry the school attendance certificate anywhere, just upload it
- confirmation of school attendance,
- confirmation of school attendance downloaded from portal www.potvrdeniaonavsteveskoly.sk
- statement of university study (index),
- student card – only for full-time students with the inscription “Student” (you need to send a scan of the front and back of the card, showing a stamp valid for the school year for which the confirmation is submitted).
Each academic year after 1 September, at the latest by the end of the calendar year in which the current school year began.
