The insurance company will pay out:

Insurance payment 3 x 50 € x 2 = 300 € for the Fractures supplementary insurance (insurance benefit paid out multiple times for fractures)

Insurance payment 50 % from sum insured, i.e. 500 € x 2 = 1,000 € for the Surgical intervention supplementary insurance.

The insurance company will pay out 1,300 € for the insured event.
