How does it work?

  • shop in a store with the Cash Back logo and spend at least €5; request the Cash Back service directly at the checkout,
  • after entering your PIN code in the payment terminal or after signing the document, the cashier will give you the requested amount,
  • you can withdraw a maximum of €50 this way; the amount will be included in your daily cash withdrawal limit.
  • you will see the amount for your purchase and the amount of cash withdrawal via Cash Back on the sales slip,
  • count the money; any complaint claim should be made directly at the checkout,
  • for using the Cash Back service you pay only €0.10.
